Eric represents businesses in litigation involving non-competition agreements, non-solicitation agreements and non-disclosure agreements and frequently goes to court to obtain injunctive relief to enforce such agreements. Additionally, Eric represents businesses in defending against a variety of employment claims, including claims of sexual harassment, wrongful discharge, retaliation and breach of employment agreements. Eric also assists clients in establishing proactive measures to try to ensure that their contracts and practices comply with the law so that they can avoid future litigation.
